We never sell your data. Screening data is handled under the FCRA and DPPA and used only to provide the screening and DQ file you request.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, company, USDOT number.
- Candidate & report data: the applicant identifiers needed to order a screening and the report results returned by the credentialed CRA. Candidates enter their own personal information directly with the CRA through a hosted form.
- Usage data: standard logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it
- To order and assemble driver screenings, produce a 49 CFR 391 DQ file, and (where enrolled) support ongoing monitoring.
- We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
Consent & the FCRA
Screening reports are consumer reports. The candidate's standalone disclosure and written authorization are captured and stored by the credentialed CRA before any report is run. X3 receives results to assemble your review and DQ file.
How it's protected
- Encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access limited to you and authorized X3 personnel supporting your account.
- Stored with reputable infrastructure and screening providers under their security controls.
Your choices
- Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us, subject to recordkeeping rules.
- Candidates may exercise their FCRA rights with the CRA that produced the report.
